Good questions

Brewing Espresso Blend

How should I brew Espresso?
Espresso is at its best as espresso. For pour over or drip, start around a 1:16 ratio (22g of coffee to 350g of water) and adjust to taste. It's roasted so the dark cocoa and walnut notes come through without any fuss.
What does Espresso taste like?
Syrupy and smooth — we taste dark cocoa, walnut, blueberry. It's a light–medium roast built from seasonal coffees, washed & natural processed.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Fresh. Coffee usually ships within 1 business day from our Philadelphia roastery, and subscriptions are timed so a new bag lands right as you finish the last one.
Can I subscribe to Espresso?
Yes — pick a bag size and schedule (or let the plan finder match one to how much you brew). Subscriptions ship free, code 10FIRST takes 10% off your first 3 shipments, and you can skip, pause, swap blends, or cancel anytime.
Can I pick up my order at a café?
Yes — and it's free. Choose your café at checkout instead of shipping; we run pickup orders from the roastery to every café on Thursdays. Subscriptions work the same way — every renewal can be a café pickup.
