Good questions

Brewing Honduras Finca El Jardin

How should I brew Honduras Finca El Jardin?
It shines as pour over, drip. Start around a 1:16 ratio (22g of coffee to 350g of water) and adjust to taste — we roast our single origins lightly so the watermelon and starfruit character of the place comes through.
What does Honduras Finca El Jardin taste like?
Wild and fruity — we taste watermelon, starfruit, port wine. Grown at 1,650 masl, Pacas varietals, anaerobic natural process.
How long will this coffee be available?
Single origins are seasonal — Finca El Jardin is here while the harvest lasts. When it sells through, the next coffee takes its place on the menu.
Can I subscribe to Finca El Jardin?
Not to this exact coffee — it's seasonal, so we'd have to swap it out on you anyway. Instead, subscribe to the rotation: a different single origin in every shipment, always whatever's freshest, one flat subscriber price per bag with free shipping. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime.
Can I pick up my order at a café?
Yes — and it's free. Choose your café at checkout instead of shipping; we run pickup orders from the roastery to every café on Thursdays. Subscriptions work the same way — every renewal can be a café pickup.
